Nanhu News (Correspondent Yang Jiao, Wang Jingwei): Recently, Anhui “Lead Goose” Project was launched online by HZAU. This project is to develop talents for rural industrial revitalization. Yao Jianglin, Vice President of HZAU addressed at the opening ceremony and He Pufeng, Dupty Director of Anhui Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs attended with other directors in relevant departments
“Hubei and Anhui have close connection, share the same culture and water resource. The development of agriculture and rural areas in Anhui shares a common future with HZAU.” Taking the “Lead Goose” training as an important political task, HZAU will advance the training from a high starting point, promote it with high standards and ensure it is implemented in an ordered, safe and efficient way, according to Yao.
He also said that according to the actual demands of Anhui’s main agricultural industries and cutting-edge agricultural technology, HAZU designs “three integrated” teaching ways, “five categories” core courses and “eight-sphere integrated” training system. We will focus on improving trainers’ skills in starting business and helping farmers by optimizing courses, assigning instructors for them, and promoting incubation and cultivation. Through this training, we hope to witness more cooperation between universities and regions and realize more scientific and technological empowerment. We also hope to make the Anhui “Lead Goose” a national hallmark project to provide strong scientific and technological and talents support for rural revitalization.
Three suggestions for this training were proposed by He Pufeng: to fully understand the importance of this training; to grasp the key points to better implement the training; to cherish the opportunity and quickly improve comprehensive ability.
After the ceremony, Ge Quansheng (a teacher from School of Education and Training of HAZU) gave an online speech and introduced the requirements and main parts of the training, then he also answered some questions from the audiences.
180 “Lead Geese” from Anhui who participate in this project will get online and offline centralized training, then apply the theoretical knowledge they have learned to their work and exchange their views with their colleagues. By now, the training courses for all 6 provinces that undertook by HZAU have been officially launched.
