In 2012 when the 18th CPC National Congress was held, HZAU entered a new era in its history. Professor Zhang Qifa (on the right), the 18th CPC National Congress delegate, academician of Chinese Academy of Science, returned to HZAU from Beijing.

In the fourth round of discipline evaluation, 7 disciplines were reviewed as Class A. In addition, HZAU was awarded the honorary title of “National Civilized Campus”.
