Zhu Xin, counselor of HZAU, a close friend of students, has won the titles of national advanced education system worker, National University Counselor, national excellent university counselor, and the best university counselor. Besides, she was supported by the second MOE “University Network Education Teacher” project. Zhu not only attended HZAU’s Symposium on How to Teach Political Theories as the representative of all counselors, but also was receivedby China’s national leaders at the Great Hall of the People.

In 11 years, she has written 1,622 letters with a total of more than 600,000 words, insisting on writing letters to educate students. In 2009, she launched a blog named “Xin Yue Xin Yu”(a blog about counselors and students) and wrote more than 440 articles with more than 800,000 words. She has won the national top ten “Excellent Blog Award” for college counselors for three times in a row, which none of her predecessors has ever achieved.

She created the online ideological work studio “Zhu Xin Studio” in 2014, providing timely assistance through online platforms, including WeChat official account “Xin Ba Classmate”, Wechat Channels, Qzone, bilibili.com, etc. Zhu Xin studio has a total of over 100 thousand followers, 2,400 outstanding Internet works and nearly 16 million views. Over 70,000 teachers and students have solved their problems through the platform. Zhu Xin Studio insisted on cross-border integration under the Internet, launched more than 80 online and offline practical activities and projects, attracting more than 80 universities to HZAU for mutual learning.

Zhu has persevered in offering timely assistance to her students through deep conversations with students for 11 years. She has published 3 books, Share Minds with Me, Spring for Both Teachers and Students, as well as Be a Virtuous Man with Positive Attitude, which were deeply loved by students.
