Cinderella, a classic fairy tale, performed by the students from HZAU’s College of Life Sciences & Technology, reminded the audience of their childhood. The Merchant of Venice adapted and performed by the College of Humanities & Social Sciences, brought the audiences back to the classic. By combining the scenarios of class skipping and video-gaming addiction in a witty way, the College of Sciences’ original work Skipping Classes spawn moments of deep thought and self-reflection. Students from the College of Animal Sciences & Technology adapted Maupassant's classic novel The Necklace, whose standard pronunciation and intonation accurately reproduced the image of the French aristocracy in1880s. Other performances also have their own characteristics.
